Real Guggul Incense (aka Commiphora Mukul ) is very hard to come by and is usually not of a very good quality - Ah..... but this one is Superb! It is fresh and delightful. The smell is soothing and the Tibetan monks I often work with use it for ceremonies and meditation. They tell me that it has great health properties. It is not like any incense you may be used to - but just a tiny amount on burning charcoal is the smoke of heaven. Highly recommended!
