Refund policy

Returns
Our number one priority is ensure a happy purchase for all our customers. We love our products and we hope you do too. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days. Items may be returned for a refund or an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In some cases, this means items must be unopened as well. Please contact nikki@soulniche.com prior to returning any items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If received in proper condition, then your refund or exchange will be processed. If returning for a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less any shipping fees.

Sale/Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 5681 Santa Cruz, CA 95063.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
