Refund policy

Returns 
Our number one priority is ensure a happy purchase for all our customers. We love our products and we hope you do too. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days. Items may be returned for a refund or an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please read the below and then contact nikki@soulniche.com prior to returning any items.

Please keep your order's original shipping package with it's shipping label intact as this can be used to return your order without the need to purchase return shipping yourself. If you have discarded the original shipping package then you will need to purchase return postage. Customers will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return an item or order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will only be issued to your original method of payment less any shipping fees.

Non-Refundable Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or customized products or orders are not eligible for refunds.
