Basilica Resin Incense Tin
René Schönefeld’s incense Basilica is made of a mixture of black and clear glazed siftings. Basilica has a spicy, balsamic fragrance with a hint of spring flowers. When burned it gives off a very rich, but soft fragrance.
The incense siftings are obtained from different gum trees, in particular the African Boswellia Papyrifera and Commiphora Myrrha, as well as the Asian Styrax Benzoin and Agathis Dammara. The siftings have been washed in perfume oils and coloured with pigments that are all EU-approved.
Basilica is an incense meant to be used in rituals or meditational purposes. Burning incense is a rich sensory experience and it should burn on charcoal tabs specifically designed for incense burning.
For use as incense.
Burn resin over charcoal tablets in a proper heat resistant charcoal incense burner.
